Moving Baby

Hi Family and Friends,

I was not sure what I was feeling about a week ago and Josh and I decided that it was the baby MOVING! I was not sure at first but then after a few days I was sure I was feeling the baby move! So poor Josh is always running through the house with hope of feeling the baby move. He has not felt it yet! Our docs told him to just wait and it will kick him! Oh I can't wait to quit calling it an it! We go back to the doctor May 4th at 8:30 in the morning and then they will schedule our next ultrasound which means that in the next two weeks we will know if we are having a BOY or GIRL! The Daddy thinks that he knows what we are having so.... it will be exciting to find out the sex. That is if baby wants to work with us! Josh has been telling mom that the baby is going to hide the parts that we are ready to see! In the next two weeks we should know if it is a boy or girl! We are so so excited! We can't wait to learn more about our bundle of joy. I know if we get to find out the sex of the baby, Josh and my mom are going to have WAY too much fun!!! I am going to have to keep them away from BabiesRUs for sure!

Happy Easter!

Today was so wonderful!

We had a great Easter with Grandma and Grandpa and Uncle Cam too!

Josh and I went up to the Grandparents house at 9:00am this morning and were spoiled all day! It was so much fun! We got Easter Baskets from the Easter Bunny, man that bunny loves us and this baby!

Josh and I colored Easter Eggs for the baby! It was so so much fun!

So here is what you all have been waiting for! Grandma took some pics of Josh and I and the baby today! This is for you Auntie Lyndee (my best friend in the whole world) and Aunt April (Josh's sister). These two wanted to see pictures of my HUGE belly! Girls these pics are for you!So just remember I didn't start out with a small cute belly but this belly is growing like you would not believe! We are thinking this is going to be one BIG baby! We are fine with that as long as it is healthy!

Grandma has been making a TON of beautiful blankets, burp rags, and bibs for our baby! We are so lucky that she is so talented!

One last update! We go back to the doctor May 4th and we will be about 19weeks our AWESOME doctor said he will be scheduling a 3d ultrasound and you know what that means we will know the sex of the baby! Oh my goodness in no time we will know if it is a boy or a girl! Oh my goodness we cant wait!! Josh and I don't care what the sex is as long as it is healthy! Oh my we are too EXCITED! Can you tell?

Friday's Doctor Appointment

Hi Guys!

Just a quick update! Friday Josh and I met with the High Risk Baby Doctor! He was so nice and kind. We enjoyed talking to him and asking more questions. So the news is that Josh and I have high blood pressure! Oh well I guess really I do which of course directly effects Josh and baby! Well I did have to go on some blood pressure pills and I am going to take it very easy and rest a lot. It was a good appointment but honestly I was a bit disappointed in myself. I just want to do all I can to get Baby here safe and sound. We did get to hear the baby's heart beat which was 152/min. Our doc said that was good. It was a very long day.
Josh has been a trooper. He has gone to every doctors appointment and been there ever step of the way not missing anything. The love and support that he is giving me is the best gift in the world. We have another appointment on Friday! Oh the joys of the blood pressure. The only good thing is that they are very willing to let us hear the heart beat! There is nothing better than kind doctors.

Our First Blog!

The baby and I started this Blog for Auntie Lyndee.

We have decided that Texas is just way to far away!!! So Auntie Lyndee the baby helped me start this for you! The nice thing about this blog is that why we are in the hospital we will email Lyndee pics from the phone and have her post them and updates on our blog. This way everyone will get to see pictures ASAP. That is the plan!

The Baby!

We are 14 weeks pregnant tomorrow!

We are very excited about this. We have had a few ups and downs but overall this pregnancy has been amazing for Josh and I. My mom and Josh have been excited about buying everything they see. It has been so interesting. Yesterday Josh took the baby and I to BabiesRus and got us a Glider Rocker! WE LOVE IT!! We are registered at Target and BabiesRus. We just registered for a few things but will register for more when we find out the sex of the baby! If the baby is a girl we are going with a pink and brown theme with a splash of Winnie the Pooh. If the baby is a boy we are going with helicopters and airplanes and a slash of Winnie the Pooh! Josh's mom got us a beautiful Winnie the Pooh Baby book that we love.
Thank you to everyone, we have had so much love and support from all our friends and family! We all thank you!

The question of the hour is about the baby name.... We are going to keep that a secret for now! Josh and I have not decided if we will share the news when we find out the sex of the baby or wait until we deliver but we will keep you posted! It will be worth the wait! We have picked GREAT names!
