As of today we are 35 and 1/2 weeks prego! Things have been nuts around our house the past few weeks. It seems that everytime we go to the doctor we end up in the hospital for the day. The good news is that we love our doctor, his partners and all of the hospital staff we have met thus far. Things got a bit exciting last Monday as the team of doctors were thinking they were going to have to bring Ty Matthew into the world. Well let me tell you Mommy did a lot of crying worried that he was to early daddy did a lot of taking care of mommy like the super hero that he is and Grandma and Grandpa only left the hospital long enough to get us food! Doctors orders he wanted daddy ready for a long night. I don't think I will ever be able to repay my parents for all the help and support they have given us! They have been AMAZING! We were told that the fluids around Ty were very low so our docs started Iv's of fluid and got us rehydrated. My kidneys are also a bit of a concern due to swelling. We had a lot to take in that day. As always Ty gave the nurse a run for her money kicking the machine off. Josh swears that he loves all the attention he gets from the nurses. So after 3 ultrasounds in one day it was decided that the fluids went up and after 8 hours in the hospital we got to go home but my doctor said mom and dad and Josh should take me to BabiesRus and Ty and I should get something for the long day! We did just that! It was fun even though Daddy and Grandma made me ride in a wheel chair. So then we were home to rest and back to the hospital Thursday for more testing. Everything was fine but a 20 min. test took 3 hours because Josh's son (when he is a stinker) would not let them do the tests without kicking the machines off right before the doc came to see us he did let them get the test readings they needed. We then had another ultrasound and that told us the fluids were good. The doc that did the ultrasound said that she thought he weighed 7 pounds already! HOLY COW we are going to have a big baby! Josh and I are so excited! Our babgs are packed, carseat in the car and at anytime we could be coming home with a baby! Josh and I are so thankful for all the support from everyone!! It means a lot to us! So this post is for Auntie Lyndee who LOVES LOVES LOVES to see my HUGE TUMMY! I am not sure how many more tummy shots there will be but here are a few more!
Hope everyone is well!
